ABOUT AMY

Originally from Oregon, Amy and her family moved to Laramie for her husband’s career at the beginning of 2019. Amy has over 10+ years of fitness related experience and has worked in multiple fitness settings across the country. She has developed a wide variety of classes and programs in small and large group exercise settings, instructed indoor and outdoor bootcamps, developed training programs for young athletes, managed and taught in a boutique spin studio, coached at the popular Orangetheory and has extensive individual and small group personal training experience.  She has completed 4 half-marathons, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She holds a BA in Health and Communications from the University of New Mexico, where she also was a scholarship athlete for their women's softball team.  She has 2 very active young boys and an energetic yellow lab.  Staying active and fit is a way of life for her and her family.  

 

With fitness and her workout routine being a top priority, finding care for her boys during her workouts was of the utmost importance to Amy when relocating to Laramie.  She soon realized there were not many childcare options available in the local gyms or near by fitness settings.  In hopes to find a solution for this and make working out easy and accessible - especially for stay at home moms like herself - Amy is starting the No Excuse Workout program. She hopes that through providing childcare in conjunction with a full body comprehensive workout program, she will help take the stress and excuses out of not being able to workout.  Even if you don't have children or your children are older, Amy's No Excuse Workout program will give you the support and guidance you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.
